Friday, November 3rd
Day One will kick off with a welcome breakfast followed by sessions that are focused on helping women improve how they connect to their purpose, communicate authentically, and strategically brand ourselves, our business and our teams. We want to prepare you to boldly go where you will grow and thrive. The day will culminate with an evening mixer, complete with food, drinks, vendors, networking activities, and a few Grammy award winning surprises!
Saturday, November 4th
On Day Two we’ll dive into a mix of key sessions, workshops, open-forum roundtable discussions, and more from a top sales trainer, attorneys, certified coaches, top HR specialist and many more. We are going to end the day with a “big” house party in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Los Angeles. We’ve been “professional” for all day and now it’s time to let our hair down and laugh. The evening includes food, drinks, networking, and ends with a special comedy experience with some top LA comedians —stay tuned for the lineup!
Sunday, November 5th
On Day Three we’ll hear from some male panelist, and dive into a mix of questions primarily on how to improve our interactions with men in a professional work environment. As well as, how to get them to mentor, sponsor and advocate on our behalf. We will also hear from a Fire Captain on some critical ways to stay calm, and improve our chances of survival when office politics, or dynamics turn deadly. Your going to wonder where all the time went when it’s time to close out!
Founder, Alisha White Madison; a dynamic Los Angeles based business professional with more than 20 years of experience working for top corporations including IBM, Chrysler, Chevron, Ernst & Young, and Northrop Grumman Corporation recognizes that women are reserved in how they network, limiting their opportunities to comfortably connect, exchange ideas, share experiences and collaborate professionally.
“I wanted to create a space where women seeking next level rise in their careers whether in a corporate setting or as an entrepreneur could meet and talk to those that could not only give great insight, but would reach out to those women and literally pull them up into next phase of growth. That is what happens here…. WOMEN REALLY ATTEND TO HELP EACH OTHER!” says Alisha White Madison
“The Bella Network is proud to partner with the Hilton Garden Inn, El Segundo/ LAX hotel as our conference venue specifically chosen because the city of El Segundo won an Eddy award in 2006 for being the most business-friendly city in Los Angeles County. Also, El Segundo is home to toy manufacturer Mattel, a Chevron oil refinery, medical company Davita, the Los Angeles Air Force Base, AT&T Entertainment Hub (formerly DirectTV), and UCLA Health Training Center which is the practice facility for the award-winning LAKERS. It only makes sense to create this unique experience in a city full of successes and successful mindsets” Madison continues.
WOMEN IN MEDIA are invited to attend to not only write about the experience, but to participate in the synergy. A LIMITED number of credentials are available. Please send requests to KimiRhochelle of KRPR Media at email@example.com
